In this role you will work proactively with schools and districts to get their students reading for depth. You will be responsible for onboarding partners and ensuring they will renew. To do this, you ll need to build and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships with stakeholders at all levels of K-12 institutions. Product and pedagogy experience will help partners use Actively Learn to its fullest potential.
Own end-to-end client lifecycle post-sale with a dedicated portfolio of partners
Develop and lead implementation plans with partners
Deliver professional development sessions, both in person, and online
Monitor partner and portfolio health and ensure satisfaction by developing strong relationships and increasing usage and adoption
Serve as an implementation expert and partner to help schools and districts drive improved student reading outcomes
Travel approximately 20% to meet with partners for professional learning & planning
4+ years in a Sales (likely expansions) or Success (renewal) role, ideally at an EdTech B2B or B2G at a software company
Demonstrated project and portfolio management skills with 60+ partners
Excellent communications across all channels, with an emphasis on written communication
Experience in probing for underlying customer needs and providing solutions based on them
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with every level of decision making in schools & districts
Have a proven ability to organize and prioritize against competing needs
